Installation & Commissioning
The performance and longevity of a hydraulic press depend not only on its design and manufacturing quality but also on the accuracy of installation and commissioning.
Improper setup can lead to pressure losses, vibration, oil leakage, or control malfunctions.
For this reason, we provide turnkey installation and commissioning services for every delivered hydraulic press.
Installation Process
Our installation process follows international engineering standards and manufacturer specifications:
-
Site Survey and Preparation
Floor strength, power supply, hydraulic line placement, and environmental conditions are analyzed. -
Transport and Positioning
The press is moved to its designated location using secure lifting and positioned on anti-vibration mounts. -
Hydraulic and Electrical Connections
Pressure lines, filters, valve blocks, and electrical panels are installed by certified technicians. -
Oil Filling and Pressure Testing
The system is filled with the correct hydraulic oil and checked for leaks and stability. -
PLC / Servo Calibration
Pressure, stroke, speed, and time parameters are synchronized with the control system. -
Trial Run and Operator Training
The press is tested in simulation mode, followed by real production testing and operator training.
After Commissioning
Upon completion, the customer receives a detailed commissioning report, test results, and a user manual.
System performance is monitored for the first months of operation, with optional remote support or on-site optimization available when needed.
